When, where, and in which halls will the fair be held?
Our fair will take place on November 11-13, 2026, at the Istanbul Fair Center / Yeşilköy, in Halls 4 and 8.
What should I do to give a presentation at the conference?
Companies wishing to make a presentation at the conference can contact the marketing team by sending an email to marketing@cngexpo.com and make a reservation in the Conference Program.
What are the setup and dismantling dates for the fair?
The dates for setting up and dismantling the exhibition will be announced to all participants shortly before the exhibition.
What are the entry and exit times for fair participants?
Entry and exit times for fair participants will be announced closer to the fair date.
Where can I get participant badges?
Our Marketing Team will contact you shortly regarding participant badge cards for the fair.
How can I request additional materials for the package stand?
The Online Ordering System, which will open closer to the fair date, can be monitored for any additional materials required for the package stand.
How can I request electricity, compressed air, and water needed at the exhibition area?
For your electricity, compressed air, and water needs at the exhibition area, please contact our Sales Representatives.
How can I contact companies for booth design?
You can contact the booth design companies listed in the solution partners file on the fair website.
How can I benefit from trade show logistics services?
Services such as forklifts and cranes used for unloading and organizing materials at the fairgrounds are subject to a fee. To learn about hourly rates, please contact Mr. Aytekin at Gruptrans.

How can I benefit from trade show hostess services?
The form must be filled out in the Hostess Request section of the Online System using the username and password provided to fair participants.

How can I benefit from cleaning services?
During the exhibition, the cleaning of common areas and hallways in the halls will be carried out by CNG Expo Events. Participating companies can place orders for booth cleaning through the Online System.
Can booths be dismantled before the official closing time of the fair?
The dismantling of booths and/or moving of items is not permitted before the official closing time of the fair.
How can I apply to participate in the fair?

When is the deadline for applications?
There is no deadline for applications; spaces will be rented based on availability.
